Georgina Holt – a successful caterer based in East Sussex / Kent has expanded her company to incorporate the new company name and influence of Annie O’Carroll, an award winning and established London chef.
Blackbird is a sharing of ideas between Georgina and Annie, an interpretation of a concept known as ‘catering’, a prosaic term not really capturing the vibrancy of our interesting, original menus, personal service and ideas with event organising.
